a temper that never tires,
and a touch that never hurts.

Taking My Passions Public

What the World Needs Now To Engage, Unify, and Transform

How did I get into the business of communication and what has been my secret to success? This is a post about communications guided by values.

by Aggie Perilli

In 1990, a former colleague recommended me to Pfizer in New York to write, design and produce a global newsmagazine that would advance its vision to be the world’s top pharmaceutical company. The executive who hired me had recently returned from a management conference that encouraged three leadership essentials: communications, communications, and communications.

Happy New Year!

“Blessed is the season which engages the
whole world in a conspiracy of love.”

– HAMILTON WRIGHT MABIE

APCI’s acclaimed artist and animator Jeff Bedrick captured the spirit of the season in A Christmas Carol, an oil painting reproduced by Elms Puzzles as a high-end, hand-cut wood puzzle. Jeff’s inspiration came from the classic tale written by Charles Dickens to open the hearts of the fortunate so they’d seize the day and return the love. Dickens’ tale about the redemptive power of the human spirit remains as transformative today as it was in 1843, the year that A Christmas Carol was published.
